Description

The project was developed by SunPower. New Energy Solar and TotalEnergies Renewables USA are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 99.9% and 0.1% respectively.

Stanford Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 200 acres.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 15,500 households, offsetting 67,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $140.152m.

The power generated from the project is sold to Stanford University under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years.
