Description
The project is being developed by Enercon, Eolus Vind and Hydro Rein Invest. MEAG Munich Ergo AssetManagement and Hydro Rein Invest are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75% and 25% respectively.
The project is expected to generate 800,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 160,000 households.

Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Telenor Infra under a power purchase agreement for a period of 10 years. The offtake capacity is expected to be 260MW.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to provide 42 units of SG 6.6-170 turbines.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the wind power project for a period of 25 years.
