Description

The project is being developed by GE Renewable Energy. GE Renewable Energy and Huy Hoang Transportation & Logistics are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75% and 25% respectively.

The project is expected to generate 400,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 200,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $560m.

The Tay Nguyen Wind Farm (Tay Nguyen Wind Farm Phase I), will have 94m high towers.

Tay Nguyen Wind Farm (Tay Nguyen Wind Farm Phase I) will be equipped with GE Renewable Energy turbines. The phase consists of 12 turbines, each with 2.4MW nameplate capacity.

GE Renewable Energy is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the Tay Nguyen Wind Farm (Tay Nguyen Wind Farm Phase I). The O&M tenure will likely be commencing from the year 2019.
