Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the Tenaga Generasi Project – Sindh (Tenaga Generasi-Phase I) will be sold to National Transmission & Despatch under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years, starting from 2016.
China Machinery Engineering is expected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.
Tenaga Generasi Project – Sindh (Tenaga Generasi-Phase I) will be equipped with GE Renewable Energy 1.6-82.5 turbines. The phase consists of 31 turbines with 1.6MW nameplate capacity.
China-East Resources Import & Export, Engro Powergen and General Electric are expected to be contracted for rendering of operations & maintenance services for the project.
