The project is being developed by Dirigo Solar and Three Rivers Solar Power. The project is currently owned by Swift Current Energy.
Three Rivers Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 700 acres.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 15,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $135m.

Power purchase agreement
