The project is developed and owned by Kyocera TCL Solar and SPCG Public. The company's ownership stake in the project stands as 67% and 33% respectively.

Tottori Yonago Mega Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 1,200,000 square meters.
