TransCanada Saddlebrook Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 135 hectares.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 20,000 households, to offset 115,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $146m.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
