Description
The project was developed by TTC-Duc Hue Long An Power. Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock and TTC-Duc Hue Long An Power are currently owning the project.
TTC Ham Phu 2 Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 54.2 hectares.
The project generates 76,920MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 34,000 households, offsetting 21,398t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Development status
The project got commissioned in April 2019.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Vietnam Electricity under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.093kWh for a period of 20.00 years, starting from 2019.
Contractors involved
Sharp Energy Solutions was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
Sharp Solar Solution Asia was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 148,470 modules each with 330W of nameplate capacity.
The project is utilising trackers supplied by Sharp Solar Solution Asia.
