The project is being developed by EDP Renewables North America. Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure, EDP Renewables North America and EDP Renovaveis are currently owning the project.

The project is expected to generate 1,214,140MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 140,000 households. The project is expected to offset 853,268t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Twin Grove Wind Farm (Twin Grove Wind Farm Phase 3 (Expansion)) consists of 333 turbines.

The Twin Grove Wind Farm (Twin Grove Wind Farm Phase 1), will have 80m high towers.

Development status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in June 2007.

Twin Grove Wind Farm (Twin Grove Wind Farm Phase 2A) will be equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V82-1.65 MW turbines. The phase consists of 98 turbines with 1.65MW nameplate capacity.

Twin Grove Wind Farm (Twin Grove Wind Farm Phase 2B) will be equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V82-1.65 MW turbines. The phase consists of 22 turbines with 1.65MW nameplate capacity.
