Vikram Solar Ananthapuramu-II Ultra Mega Solar Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 1,000 acres.
The project generates 446GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 150,000 households, offsetting 246,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $206.84m.
The project consists of 848,680 modules.
Development status
The project got commissioned in December 2018.

Eastern Power Distribution Co of Andhra Pradesh and Southern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh are the power offtakers from the project.

Vikram Solar was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
Vikram Solar is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2019, for a period of 5 years.
