The project is being developed by Epuron and White Rock Wind Farm. CECEP Wind-Power and Goldwind Australia are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75% and 25% respectively.

Goldwind Australia is expected to render engineering procurement construction services for the White Rock Wind Farm (White Rock Wind Farm_Stage I).

White Rock Wind Farm (White Rock Wind Farm_Stage I) will be equipped with Goldwind Science & Technology GW 2.5/121 turbines. The phase consists of 70 turbines with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.

White Rock Wind Farm (White Rock Wind Farm_Stage II) will be equipped with Goldwind Science & Technology GW 140 turbines. The phase consists of 48 turbines with 4.5MW nameplate capacity.

Goldwind Australia is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the White Rock Wind Farm (White Rock Wind Farm_Stage I). The O&M tenure will likely be commencing from the year 2018.

The White Rock Wind Farm (White Rock Wind Farm_Stage I), will consists of Tubular Steel towers to be supplied Keppel PrInce Engineering. These towers will be around 90m high.
