Description

The project was developed by Blaaswind, Eurus Energy Holdings, RWE and Yard Energy Group. Blaaswind, Eurus Energy America, RWE and Yard Energy Group are currently owning the project.

The project generates 500,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 325,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Power purchase agreement

Eneco Holding and Essent are the power offtakers from the project.

Contractors involved

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 35 units of SWT-DD-130 turbines, each with 4.2MW nameplate capacity.
