Description
The project was developed by Datang Chongqing Wulong Hydropower Development. Datang International Power Generation, Chongqing Dingtai Energy (Group) and Chongqing Shipping Construction Development are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 24.5% and 24.5% respectively.
Yinpan is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 320 million cubic meter. The project generated 2,690 GWh of electricity.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to State Grid Corporation of China under a power purchase agreement.
