Description
The project is being developed by Sarepta Energi. Stadtwerke Munchen and TronderEnergi are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 70% and 30% respectively.
The Ytre Vikna (Outer Vikna) (Ytre Vikna (Outer Vikna) 2), will have 92.5m high towers.
Development status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in October 2012.

VEO is expected to render engineering procurement construction services for the Ytre Vikna (Outer Vikna) (Ytre Vikna (Outer Vikna) 2).
Ytre Vikna (Outer Vikna) (Ytre Vikna (Outer Vikna) 1) will be equipped with Enercon E-70 / 2,300 kW turbines. The phase consists of 17 turbines with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
Ytre Vikna (Outer Vikna) (Ytre Vikna (Outer Vikna) 2) will be equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy turbines. The phase consists of 40 turbines, each with 3.2MW nameplate capacity.
