The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, are 4 in number. Zakucac underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 1995; 2012-2013, 2014; 2015. The project generated 2,127.3 GWh of electricity.
