The top winners of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved were:

  1. China Energy Engineering Group Planning and Engineering (China): 1,497.8MW from five contracts
  2. Anhui No.1 Electric Power Construction (China), Anhui No.2 Electric Power Engineering & Construction (China) and East China Electric Power Design Institute (China): 1,320MW from one contract
  3. Mortenson Construction (United States): 1,118MW capacity from one contract.
