Among the technologies, solar accounted for 87 tenders with a 73.7% share, followed by hydro with 11 tenders and a 9.3% share and wind with nine tenders and a 7.6% share.

The top issuers of power plant tenders for the month in terms of power capacity involved were:

  1. Bundelkhand Saur Urja (India): 1,200MW from one tender
  2. Ministere de l’Ecologie, du Developpement Durable des Transports et du Logement: 1,050MW from one tender
  3. NTPC (India): 490.25MW capacity from three tenders.
