The project is being developed and currently owned by China Everbright Environment Group.
The project is expected to generate 200GWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $108.614m.
The process of combustion will be adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Agricultural by-product will be used as a feedstock to power the project.
