Qiafuqihai is a 320MW hydro power project. It is located on Tekesi river/basin in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in 2005.

The project is developed and owned by Xinjiang Yili River Development Construction Administration.
Qiafuqihai is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 1,694 million cubic meter. The project generated 1,150 GWh of electricity.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in 2005.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to State Grid Corporation of China under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
GE Hydro Asia was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of francis turbines, each with 80MW nameplate capacity.
Harbin Electric Machinery supplied electric generator(s) for the project.
