The project was developed by Guangxi Fangyuan Electric Power and is currently owned by Wulong Chuanyuan Hydropower Development.
Qiaogong is a run-of-river project. The gross head and net head of the project are 14m and 13.8m respectively. The project generated 2,048 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $474.45m.
