Description

The project was developed by SunEdison and is currently owned by Atlas Renewable Energy Chile with a stake of 100%.

Quilapilun Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 288 hectares.

The project generates 242GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 110,000 households, offsetting 125,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $256m.
