Redmon Road – Otter Creek Line is a 345kV overhead line with a length of 3.2km from Redmon Road, Virginia, US, to Otter Creek, Kentucky, US.

The project, which is currently in the planning stage, is expected to be commissioned in 2022.

Description

Redmon Road – Otter Creek Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through single circuit cable.

Approximately $4.4m was financed by the authorities to undertake the construction works of the project.

The construction works on the Redmon Road – Otter Creek Line project will be commenced in 2021 and commissioning is expected in 2022.
