Description

The project was developed by Riverview and is currently owned by Enel Green Power Canada with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 394,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is $268.128m.

The Tubular Steel towers installed at the project site are 82m high.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Alberta Electric System Operator under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.037kWh for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 115MW.

Contractors Involved

Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 28 units of V136-4.2 MW turbines, each with 4.2MW nameplate capacity.
