The project was developed by Energia Sierra Juarez, S. de R. L. de C. V, InterGen and Prodiel. The project is currently owned by Infraestructura Energetica Nova SAB de CV with a stake of 100%.
Rumorosa Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 135.63 hectares.
The project generates 123GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 70,000 households, offsetting 67,537t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $44m.
The project consists of 165,510 modules.
