The project was developed by Cypress Creek Renewables. Southern Power and Turner Renewable Energy are currently owning the project.
Rutherford Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 489 acres.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 11,500 households. The project cost is $142.987m.
34 inverters have been installed at the project site.
