Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Empresa de Generacion Electrica San Gaban.
San Gaban I is a run-of-river project. The net head of the project will be 567.5m. The project cost is expected to be around $224.926m.
The hydro power project consists of 2 units of pelton turbines.
The nameplate capacity of electric generator(s) to be installed at the project site is 88 MVA.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2024.
