Description

The project was developed by Edison International and Padoma Wind Power. Clearway Energy and Citi Renewable Investments I are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75% and 25% respectively.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 41,600 households. The project cost is $160m.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Xcel Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 120MW.

Contractors Involved

Power Burns and Roe was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 120 units of MWT 1000 turbines, each with 1MW nameplate capacity.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
