Description

The project was developed by Ventominho – Energias Renovaveis and is currently owned by Finerge Gestao de Projectos Energeticos.

The project generates 62,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 23,942.1t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project has 64m high towers.

Contractors Involved

Enercon was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 16 units of E-70 turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
