Sauda – Lyse Line is a 420kV overhead line with a length of 78km from Sauda, Western Norway, Norway, to Lyse, Ryfylke, Norway.
The project, which is currently under construction, is expected to be commissioned in 2021.
Sauda – Lyse Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Statnett SF. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.
The development of the Sauda – Lyse Line project has been approved by the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate.

The construction works on the Sauda – Lyse Line project were commenced in 2018 and commissioning is expected in 2021.
