Se Kong 4B is a 132MW hydro power project. It is planned on Xe Kong river/basin in Xekong, Laos. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2022 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2025.

Power Purchase Agreement
