Sheyang Offshore South Area H5 Wind Power Project is a 400.5MW offshore wind power project. It is planned in Yellow Sea, Jiangsu, China. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2025.

Description

The project is being developed by CGN Juju New Energy Sheyang and is currently owned by China General Nuclear Power.

The project cost is expected to be around $1,125.72m. The project will be spread over an area of 64km² and will be interconnected by 35kV inter-array cable.

The wind power project consists of 89 turbines, each with 4.5MW nameplate capacity.

Development Status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2025.
