The project is developed and owned by Yunnan Datang International Lixianjiang Hydropower Development.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 197 million cubic meter. The gross head and net head of the project are 116m and 70m respectively. The project generated 570 GWh of electricity.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to China Southern Power Grid under a power purchase agreement.
Zhefu Holding Group was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 2 units of francis turbines, each with 65MW nameplate capacity.
