Description

Sholinganallur – Guindy Line – New – 400 kV – Phase I is an overhead line that will be operated by Tamil Nadu Transmission. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.

The development of the Sholinganallur – Guindy Line – New – 400 kV – Phase I project has been approved by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission.

The construction works on the Sholinganallur – Guindy Line – New – 400 kV – Phase I project were commenced in 2019 and commissioning is expected in 2021.
