Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Uttar Pradesh Power under a power purchase agreement.

SMEC India was selected to render EPC services for the hydro power project.

Bharat Heavy Electricals was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of francis turbines, each with 82.5MW nameplate capacity.

Bharat Heavy Electricals supplied 4 electric generators for the project.
