Shuaibah Phase III IWPP is a 900MW oil fired power project. It is located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in 2010.

The project was developed by Shuaibah Water and Electricity. International Company for Water and Power Projects, Malakoff, Saudi Electricity and Tenaga Nasional are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 30%, 12%, 8% and 6% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Saudi Aramco.

The project cost is $2,450m.

Siemens was selected as the turbine supplier for the Oil fired project. The company provided 3 units of Back Pressure steam turbines.

Siemens supplied electric generator for the project.
