The Songon Combined Cycle Power Plant is 372MW gas fired power project. It is planned in Lagunes, Ivory Coast. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2022 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2024.

Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Endeavor Energy.
It is a combined cycle gas turbine (ccgt) power plant. The power plant can run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant will be liquefied natural gas. In case of shortage of liquefied natural gas the plant will run on Heavy Fuel Oil, Diesel Oil.
The Gas fired project consists of 1 steam turbine with 120MW nameplate capacity.
