Sinohydro was selected to render EPC services for the hydro power project.

Soubre (Soubre Phase 1) is equipped with GE Renewable Energy francis turbines. The phase consists of 3 turbines with 90MW nameplate capacity.

Soubre (Soubre Phase 2) is equipped with GE Renewable Energy bulb turbine. The phase consists of 1 turbine with 5MW nameplate capacity.

GE Renewable Energy supplied 3 electric generators for the Soubre (Soubre Phase 1). The generator capacity is 98 MVA.

GE Renewable Energy supplied 1 electric generator for the Soubre (Soubre Phase 2). The generator capacity is 6.5 MVA.
