Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the South and Central America region in Q4 2019 with 104 contracts and a 66.7% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 22 contracts and a 14.1% share and Electricity Procurement with 21 contracts and a 13.5% share during the quarter.
The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Supply & Erection: 16 contracts and a 72.7% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: five contracts and a 22.7% share
