T&D Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the South and Central America region in Q3 2021 with 42 tenders and a 42.9% share, followed by T&D Project with 25 tenders and a 25.5% share and Power Plant with 13 tenders and a 13.3% share during the quarter.

The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 22 tenders and an 88% share
  2. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: one tender and a 4% share
  3. Supply & Erection: one tender and a 4% share
