Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by Ranger Power.

Speedway Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 1,200 acres.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 35,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $175m.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Wabash Valley Power Association under a power purchase agreement for a period of 35 years. The offtake capacity is expected to be 199MW.
