The project is being developed and currently owned by Sunseap Group. The company has a stake of 100%.

Sunseap Amazon Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 40 hectares.

The project is expected to generate 80,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 10,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $88.97m.

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2022.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Amazon Web Services under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2022.
