The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Supply & Erection: 16 contracts and a 66.7% share
  2. Project Implementation: six contracts and a 25% share
  3. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: two contracts and an 8.3% share.

Europe leads T&D equipment activity in September 2021

Comparing contracts activity in T&D equipment segment in different regions of the globe, Europe held the top position with 15 contracts and a share of 62.5% during September 2021, followed by Middle East and Africa with six contracts and a 25% share and North America with two contracts and an 8.3% share.

Wind is leading technology for T&D equipment contracts in September 2021

Among the technologies, wind accounted for four contracts with a 50% share, followed by solar with three contracts and a 37.5% share and hydro with one contract and a 12.5% share.
