The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Supply & Erection: 17 contracts and an 81% share
  2. Project Implementation: three contracts and a 14.3% share
  3. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: one contract and a 4.8% share.

Europe leads T&D equipment activity in December 2021

Comparing contracts activity in T&D equipment segment in different regions of the globe, Europe held the top position with ten contracts and a share of 47.6% during December 2021, followed by Middle East and Africa with four contracts and a 19% share and Asia-Pacific with four contracts and a 19% share.

Wind is leading technology for T&D equipment contracts in December 2021

Among the technologies, wind accounted for six contracts with a 60% share, followed by solar with two contracts and a 20% share and biopower with one contract and a 10% share.
