The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Consulting & Similar Services: 58 contracts and a 50% share
  2. Project Implementation: 54 contracts and a 46.6% share
  3. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: four contracts and a 3.4% share.

Asia-Pacific leads T&D project activity in Q3 2022

Comparing contracts activity in T&D project segment in different regions of the globe, Asia-Pacific held the top position with 100 contracts and a share of 86.2% during Q3 2022, followed by Middle East and Africa with 13 contracts and an 11.2% share and Europe with two contracts and a 1.7% share.

Among the technologies, solar accounted for 25 contracts with a 51% share, followed by wind with 17 contracts and a 34.7% share and thermal with five contracts and a 10.2% share.
