Teesta III – Kishanganj Line is a 400kV overhead line with a length of 427km from Teesta, Sikkim, India, to Kishanganj, Bihar, India.

The project, which is currently under construction, is expected to be commissioned in 2021.


Teesta III – Kishanganj Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Teesta Urja. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.

The development of the Teesta III – Kishanganj Line project has been approved by the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission.
