Description
The project was developed by Tenaska Georgia Partners. Chubu Electric Power, Tenaska Georgia Partners and Tyr Energy are currently owning the project.
It is a gas turbine power plant that is used for Peakload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Transco pipeline.
The project generated 70,976MWh of electricity.
