Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the Thunder Spirit Project (Thunder Spirit Phase IA) is sold to Montana-Dakota Utilities under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years from 2015. The contracted capacity is 12.5MW.

The power generated from the Thunder Spirit Project (Thunder Spirit Phase IB) is sold to Montana-Dakota Utilities under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years from 2015. The contracted capacity is 95MW.

The power generated from the Thunder Spirit Project (Thunder Spirit Phase II) is sold to Montana-Dakota Utilities under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years, starting from 2015.

Thunder Spirit Project (Thunder Spirit Phase IA) is equipped with Nordex N100 (2.5 MW) turbines. The phase consists of 5 turbines with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.

Thunder Spirit Project (Thunder Spirit Phase IB) is equipped with Nordex N100 (2.5 MW) turbines. The phase consists of 38 turbines with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.

Thunder Spirit Project (Thunder Spirit Phase II) is equipped with Nordex N117/3000 turbines. The phase consists of 16 turbines with 3MW nameplate capacity.
