The project is developed and owned by Hunan Zhongfang Tongwan Hydro & Power Development.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 120 million cubic meter. The project generated 711.1 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $188.851m.

Contractors Involved
Tianjin Alstom Hydro was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of bulb turbines, each with 45MW nameplate capacity.
