Tuna Substation is a 400kV substation located in Tuna, Kalmar, Sweden.

Description

Tuna Substation project, which is an upgrade substation, will be operated by Svenska Kraftnat.

The designed voltage level of the substation is 400/220kV and the operating voltage level is 400/220kV.

The step-in voltage of the project is 400kV and the step-out voltage is 220kV.

Tuna Substation project development status

The development of the Tuna Substation project was approved by Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate in 2020. The project is expected to be commissioned in 2025.
