About Udupi Power
Udupi Power Corporation Limited (Udupi Power), a subsidiary of Lanco Group, formerly Nagarjuna Power Corporation Limited is a power company that generates and operates thermal power project. The company’s manufacturing unit has 600 MW capacity of power and critical coal fired steam generator connected to a reheat type condensing steam turbine and generator. It also provides seawater to meet the condenser cooling and other water requirements. Udupi Power operates through sub-critical coal-fired steam generator connected to a condensing steam turbine and generator with sea water cooled condenser. It supplies generated power to Karnataka State and to Punjab State. The company operates through its plant located in Udupi, Karnataka. Udupi Power is headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
